Amal is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with significant experience in both professional services and Industry. He has considerable experience in finance and related digital transformation. He has been a senior analyst at EY GDS and has been working with the MENA EY offices for Accounting Compliance and Reporting (ACR) related transformation and compliance practice across the Middle East and North Africa region. He was instrumental in building a regional consulting model and has handled multiple large-scale transformations and change management engagements with several fortune 500 institutions from Information Technology, Hospitality, Financial and retail sectors on site. He is experienced in accounting compliance, automation, technology transformation and operational improvement for medium to large size engagements in the Middle east, Asia and North American markets. He was seconded as Financial Controller in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a global tech giant. Working with the C-suite to resolve accounting and compliance challenges, he has provided solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability. He has also interacted with diverse stakeholders, managed centralised teams and offsite shared service resources. Amal was the Director of Invisor Global and he leads the business in the North American region focusing on building the consulting practice for SME’s and technology transformation.
