- Responsible through the Editorial Consultant in editing, formatting and publishing the eNewsletter of the Association- Responsible through the Executive Secretary in initiating, replying and monitoring email correspondence- Assist the Executive Secretary in Projects Planning and Implementations- Responsible for and maintain up-to-date records on Members database - Provides administrative, technical and clerical services- Draft and proofread documents, Maintain filing systems and Managing agendas- Supporting the administration in business management and- Filling out forms, performing stock and manage inventory of office supplies and stationary- Oversee and inspect technical work done by external contractors

- Oversee smooth running of the organization- Coordinate meetings and develop strategies for projects execution- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant projects information to the Patrons, Partners and Sponsors- Responsible for drafting and issuance of project proposals, budgets, cash flows - Communicate ideas for improving processes with a positive and constructive attitude to Team members - Ensure Beneficiaries’ core needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner- Keep Beneficiaries information distinct and confidential- Maintain friendly relationship and mutual respect for Team members and Beneficiaries- Responsible for the Social Media Pages of the Organization

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on workstations and computer peripherals- Troubleshoot and resolve networking problems on both wired and wireless LAN/WAN network- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on voice networking (PABX system and VoIP)- Carry out maintenance practice on power backup (inverter)- Provide day to day activity report to the General Manager- Identify and escalate risk issue to the General Manager- Carry out installation and operational training on new technology project (devices)- Oversee and inspect technical work done by external contractors- Suggest new ideas/innovations to improve efficiency and Client satisfaction
