• I currently manage the Youth Engagement program for Plan International GhanaThis usually involves planning programs and activites for the target field areas of the country.• I facilitate the participation of Plan Youth Advocates in decision making spaces within Plan International and externally in public decision making spaces where the opinions of young people should be heard.• I facilitate capacity building for Young People to enhance their engagement and participation in development• Annually, I manage a Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights Project with a budget of about 1.7million Ghana Cedis• As the first occupant of the Youth Engagement Facilitator role, I laid a significant foundation for the youth engagement portfolio. This included facilitating flexible funding and capacity building for Youth-led organizations across the country, and amplifying their activities.

• Promoted UNICEF’s youth engagement platform ‘U-Report’ which solicits young people’s perspectives on issues that affect them; participated in youth consultative meetings towards the development of youth engagement strategies; represented UNICEF Ghana in global and local conferences.
