During the internship, played a key role in creating an MVP of an online platform for promotion of ethnic arts and crafts aimed at demonstrating a business idea and attracting investments:• Project Management: Managed all technical documentation, organized and conducted all meetings with the client and team throughout the project, coordinated the work of designers, developers and testers• Technical Leadership: Directly involved in all phases of development, from project architecture design to deployment.• Quick learning: Rapidly learned new technologies and project management techniques, which allowed successful project implementation even without prior experience.• Communication: Effectively communicated with the client and the team to ensure a clear understanding of the project goals and their achievement.

As part of my internship, I actively participated in the development of a telemedicine startup where I served as a product manager and business consultant.• Research analysis: Conducted qualitative and quantitative research among medical professionals to identify user needs and project growth areas.• Data Analysis and Report Preparation: Processing and analyzing the data obtained, preparing an extensive report based on the study findings.• Communication with potential clients: Communicated with doctors to identify demands and expectations, and with the development team to ensure proper product lifecycle management.
