Documentation - Maintain both physical and digital records to support activities on customer accounts. This will include: ARJV authorizations, payment applications, assignment of credit limits and activities as directed4. Additional Responsibilities- Working on special projects as directed by the National Credit Manager.- Preparing monthly AR progress report for the Division - This position utilizes both CPR and Oracle platforms for credit management, collections, and documentation. - Frequently used systems include: Microsoft Office, Oracle Applications and in-house Credit Management Software.Achievements:- Was able to achieve the best Days Sales Outstanding, minimised the Bad Debt and over 90 days accounts - Was appreciated by the National Credit Manager for going above and beyond and was promoted as a result of exceeding expectations
