Jai Hind.I "Aman Arya" as a PGDM STUDENT, I am a dedicated and driven HR professional with a strong foundation in Human Resources Management, currently pursuing a PGDM in HR from IIEBM, Pune. My academic journey, including a BBA in HR from Jamshedpur Co-operative College, has equipped me with a deep understanding of HR principles, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.I’ve had the privilege of interning with "TATA STEEL UISL" in "Training Plan and Compliance Report & Interaction with New GET'S" under "Suparna Dutta" Dy.Manager(CapabilityDevelopment),where I gained practical experience in key HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, Training & Development and HR operations.
