- Identifies, investigates, and resolves users’ problems with computer software and hardware. - Fields support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns.- Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.- Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.- Guides users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.- Collaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems.- Support users with phone (Cisco) and printing issues.- Arranges service by software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products.- Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends. - Performs other related duties as assigned. - New Site Setups: assembles, installs and configures New sites for turn key operation of all technology.- Setup and Configure New User IT Equipment including furniture supporting IT Equipment.- Run Network Drops for new and existing sites

- Gather information, identified and implemented resolution, planned follow-up and logged and filed incident reports to successfully manage complaints.- Periodically reviewed existing policies and procedures and made recommendations to improve security- Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated- Float between security locations to check in with officers, assess security, and make proactive adjustments based on changing conditions- Shipping and receiving monthly inventory control reports and appropriate records, files, documentation and resolve routine problems- Support the critical role of "Incident Reach back Command" by facilitating the dissemination of information in order to mobilize the necessary resources to ensure that the regional staff can mitigate immediate risk and incidents- Provide situational awareness of issues occurring throughout the region and at high level globally, through internet observation, news media reporting and establish intergroup communication with other support elements- Thoroughly document all work within a ticket system in support of customer requests and execution of installation tasks.

The Volunteer Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician (Volunteer FF/EMT) serves the community by responding to a wide variety of situations, ranging from emergencies that immediately threaten life or property to routine citizen requests for information or assistance. They perform within the scope of the policies and procedures of Port Ludlow Fire & Rescue and they perform duties in the following general categories: fire suppression, emergency medical aid or rescue, hazardous material responses, training, building inspections and public education. The Volunteer FF/EMT normally works under the supervision of a company officer and is expected to function effectively as part of a highly trained team. They are also expected to perform their duties under adverse conditions and physical conditions that may pose a high risk of personal injury or exposure to hazardous conditions or infectious diseases.
