Training Period (Phase 1)• Quantiphi Internship started with a common technical training for all the Business Analysts.• With each week, we were learning newer and harder concepts and getting a hang of pressure and time management. Training Period (Phase 2)• The Phase 2 of the training period started after the allocation of departments to each intern based on their continuous evaluation at the Phase 1 training period.• In this phase, each department had their own training plan or Mentorship Program. The department I was assigned to was the R&D team or better known as QInnovation Hub (QIH) and came in as a replacement for one of the seniors.• The objective of the BA Training plan is to walk new members walk through the most important aspects of the day to day work of a Business Analyst. The plan is divided into 8 modules, to be completed in 4 weeks. The bulk of the learning process is self-learning, however, each new joiner was assigned a mentor to help and guide them through the training. Project Assigned:• Been assigned to a new project • This project involves making a model of all the possible deals that could be converted by the end of the year to give an idea of the revenue that may come out for the year• The project team includes the stakeholders and founders of the company with whom we have our weekly cadences to update the status of the model.
