Working as Drug Safety Associate in Pharmacovigilance where adverse events of marketed drugs need to be processed and reported to manufacturing company as well as regulatory authority.• Initial data entry of solicited and spontaneous cases in safety database.• Effective communication with the client in context to any discrepancies related to cases.• Adverse event (AE) coding by MedDRA browser and drug coding by WHO-DD browser, coding indications and patient history based on MedDRA.• Writing narratives to summarise essential details of the case.• Responsible for generating and forwarding appropriate queries and requests for follow up information.• Work allocation and prioritization of cases in order to smooth workflow of cases within the regulatory reporting timelines to avoid late reporting of cases, adhering to productivity, timeline compliance and quality of cases.• Effective handling of client calls during implementation of project related updates from time to time.
