About Aman Devgan
I am a hard working individual ensure that all targets and goals are met and am someone who pays attention to detail in all I do. I thrive to do my best in all roles and responsibilities. I have always started off from the bottom in all my job roles and have worked my way up to management. I have supervisor and managerial experiences in both whole sales and call centres. I have completed an ILM management course and have in between completed other short courses in regards to leadership and management within my own time. I have been working in my current job for just over 12 years. I started as an agent and worked my way up to supervisor with a lot of challenges in the way, to then being promoted to management. Being in management and doing the role I am doing as well as taking on a lot of additional tasks is what I really enjoy. I have gained a lot of confidence and have managed to open up a lot more and become stronger since being in the managers position. Within my position I ensure that my team are meeting business KPIs and follow the FCA and GDPR guidelines. Making sure that all team is compliant in what they are doing. I also have taken on and still continue to take on alot of extra work and have conducted Quality sessions to help improve agents calls, made up the nigh shift interview questions and have conducted the interviews, trained night shift on processes in my own time, taken over to deal with complaints and ensured that the callbacks were made so doing all this I have had to take on a lot of ownership. I enjoy working in different departments and work environments as I get that exposure of what to do if I was asked a question about the other department. I feel that I am ready for a new challenge and want to move on from what I am doing and want to gain more knowledge and exposure somewhere else and would like to show what I have to give too.
