Key Responsibilities and Accountability: Manage and supervise the daily operations of the hotels, general managers, sales employees, and independent consultants. Maintain Franchise relations, attend franchise required conference and regional events. Establish, monitor, and manage performance expectations for each employee and independent consultants. Manage firm finance, insurance, information technology, customer relationship and accounting to ensure operational integrity, accuracy and success. Professionally integrate with firm’s management in areas including sales, marketing and strategic development. Responsible for recruiting and hiring of management level employees as well as supervising and evaluating performance. Provide direction and coaching to employees and independent consultants on job tasks, and resolve problems concerning work performance. Establish and manage firm goals, rules, policies and procedures, communication standards, and work assignments. Provide a work environment that provides positive energy, creativity, and teamwork among employees and independent consultants. Manage and lead hotel operations and services.
