Crafted content and led a workshop on Design Thinking in entrepreneurship. The workshop was a combination of establishing key principles of empathy and consultation, in addition to an extended activity with participants whereby the concept of 'Inside-out' problem solving was applied. The idea of ‘emotional equity’ in business was driven home, highlighting the role of fostering relationships with clients so they are more likely to actively implement the proposed solution.
