Handling Supply Chain Oprations

• Responsible for complete PR to PO process & intercompany sales.• Responsible for price negotiation of Raw Materials(6PPD, Silane coupling Agent, TBBS, Resin, Steel Cords, Bead Wiren Nylon TCF, Polyester TCF) for different customers of India.• Working with group procurement head for price negotiations for RM & PM with the suppliers.• Responsible for planning the inventories for the plant and arranging the shipments from accross the globe basis the product lead time and material requirement in plant.• Responsible for dealing with shipping lines to make sure the vessle are reaching on time.• In-depth knowledge of import related activities for direct & indirect purchase• Planning proposing and preparing the MIS for the final and transit sale.• • Review daily & Monthly basis, MIS report.• Warehouse Management• Managing any SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) that may be in place and managing any Master Agreements between the suppliers and the company.

• To review and control day to day warehouse operations and control their inventory level & also monitoring secondary transportation, coordinate closely with the customer, user departments, Vendors for stock, allocation of inventory, warehousing and Logistics including Inter circle Branch transfer.• Handle activities such as designing and planning supply chains, designing facilities, warehousing, transporting and distributing goods, processing orders and managing inventory and even providing certain aspects of customer service• Responsible for all type of secondary distribution(FTL & Part Load)• Responsible for rate quotation against customer RFQ• Budgeting, costing and cost saving after reviewing the management information available.• Planning the layout of Warehouse.• Selection and finalization of warehouse.• Developed new warehouse projects for customers. • Managing and Administrating. • Monitoring of Stock in Transit.• Overseeing the activities of the warehouses (50 K SqFT) and accountable for the productivity and discipline.• Dispatching materials to all over India.• Reduce Cost factor and lead time.• Proper Inventory control, dispatch of goods and stock management Proper utilization of space for stock available. • Intimation of slow moving & near to expiry Items to the merchandiser's for clearance of dumped stock. • Physical stock taking planning, verification, updating and justifying the variance monthly trough monthly audit. • Review daily basis& Monthly Dispatched, MIS report. • Handling all type commercial activity• Supervising inward & outward process.• Meeting with customers.• Designing of warehouse as per customer’s requirement
