• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot and repair computer systems and other ICT hardware in the Internet café. • Set up the hardware and perform regular checking of networked pc’s and other devices.• Responsible for taking regular backup, virus removal and maintain high level of security in the machines.• Implement daily based maintenance tasks including software installation & updating and run basic network monitoring reports and utilities.• Installing/supporting/troubleshooting/diagnosing operating systems and other software/hardware as required.• Troubleshoot and repair mobile devices.• Review and update internet usage guidelines.• Updating process documents and keep records where necessary.• Ensuring the workplace is safe, secure and presentable at all times.

 Coach workers on how to deal with special circumstances including theft, complaints, returns, exchanges, coupons, special offers, etc. Review staffing levels include known absenteeism and organise potential replacements. Evaluate returned items to ensure they meet the standards and regulations of store policy on refunds and exchanges. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Organise checkout operators and work schedules during busy and quiet sale times. Run the shifts and make sure everyone gets their break on time. Provide helpful and efficient customer service. Verify sales transactions and appropriate credit and cash is present at each checkout operating area at the end of shifts and at closing times. Record and adjust all the stock used in store. Spot checks and pickups from registers time to time.  Investigate register short and over results.
