- Planning and formulating out the strategy in achieving targets.- Through internal co-ordination do rectifications for billing related provisioning issues or errors. Also taking care post sell issues for billing as well as services.- Planning / Conducting Up selling / facilitating collections & Revenue building activities in listed accounts.- Arrange Visits & Retaining Probable Churn Customers.- Providing Root Cause Analysis for Churn & Resolving Controllable Factors.- Handling Escalated Complaints of Voice and DSL with providing faster resolutions to the customer.- Responsible for overdue bucket (30-90) collection for allocated accounts with complete root cause of analyses.- Doing reconciliations with clients by providing account statements with the details of generated invoices, provided adjustments as well as done payments from customer ends.- Coordinating with the Airtel Agency manager and the corporate customers so as to bridging up the communication gap thus leads to smooth functioning of the work.- Assigning the work on the daily basis to all of the team members and thus taking the review and analyzing the work done at the end of the day.- Monitoring the daily collections.- Planning for target achievement.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensuring 100% bill delivery on time for Corporate Customers. Also facilitate them e-bill & CD Bill according to requirements.- Giving 100% collection against Billing for corporate listed accounts within NCR.- Monitoring exceptions of OG/IC also ensure to reduce in nos. by curing the accounts.- Bad Debt __Controlling for the month incremental coming through Vol-Churn.
