• Devise & implement Ella’s Kitchen International brand strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth in line with our Mission and purpose across our international markets.• Devise UK & International campaign strategies to lead & inspire campaign team to create best in class, kid’s first campaigns that engage and emotionally connect with consumers across ATL, TTL and BTL touchpoints driving brand love and measurable ROI.• Lead development and rollout of brand & product positioning across different markets.• Manage multiply UK & International agencies to create joint up communication plans that align with business objective. • Oversee International consumer budget +1M.

• Lead & motivate the international marketing team, to deliver integrated marketing plans that continuously drive brand awareness, retain and drive advocacy. To deliver against brand strategy and improve key brand metrics year on year. • Devise annual international marketing strategies & set KPI’s, with regular tracking performance updates to ensure we are on track. • Create & present compelling sell in presentations for NPD & brand campaigns to the sales team and distributor partners.

• Account Manager for key growth market Benelux (+£7M GSV) building relationships via distributor model. • Negotiate & agree sales targets/ investment budgets to deliver against internal commercial targets, setting up for sustainable year on year growth.• Build, manage & agree annual commercial plans with internal & external stakeholders.• Manage customer budget/ forecasts, to ensure P&L is on track, communicating performance accurately and regularly to achieve commercial targets.• Work closely with operations team to support product supply, update customer on any issues to ensure we reduce waste and able to meet retailer windows

• Manage & implement marketing initiatives across different channels from digital advertising, social media, influencer marketing, ECRM and website. • Lead & influence product development team on international NPD pipeline recommendations based on insights & distributor feedback.• Create & manage total international marketing budget from budgeting phase to month end reconciliation with finance team. • Develop product positioning, brand initiatives and global asset pack communications for brand campaigns & NPD launches. • Plan & mange international insights to better understand consumer in key markets to help shape communication plans & messaging.

• Manage, develop & present brand strategy for pre-school, dolls & construction toys. • Present engaging sell in presentations to sales & retail buyers as part of bi-annual sell in meetings driving business worth £65m. • Establish UK RRP price structure whilst maintaining product line architecture, P&L, margins & MOQ.• Use consumer, category, and trend knowledge to choose ranges for future seasons. • Lead & activate communication initiatives across ATL, BTL & TTL to create clear consumer touchpoints.
