Responsible to provide world class operations to each and every customer for Profitable business operations throughout the day, further delivering the targeted EBIDTA, simultaneously ensuring the adherence of SOP's and Company Values.Team reporting to me - 8 Team Members, 2 Managers.Overall responsibility for smooth operation of the outlet assigned, as per CMS point of view.Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectation to make sure they’ll be back in the future.Ensure strong BSC, BYA Sales, OT, AT, SAT, SSSG, SSTG Control P&L, COS, COL, COSV & COGS etc. by following cash/control security procedures, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actionsAudit & Control: - work as an audit and control manager for all operational aspects on my respective outlet (F&B, Hygiene, control, cash audit, stock audit, etc.)Recruit, Interview & hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, take discipline action, motivate & trainEnsure maintenance of equipments, facility, & grounds through the use of a Preventive Maintenance Plan based on company standardsSupporting the Marketing Department.Supervise others efficiently and coordinates their work.Housekeeping management to ensure the cleaning and hygiene standard.Assisting the managers in maintaining the highest standards of company‘s brand standards.Ensure health and safety compliances and company safety and security policies are met.Process enhancement by means of rigorous process analysis and review.Help in (NSO) New Store Opening.Following up for the required licenses for running up the operations, informing the legal department regarding the renewal and other required documents for the purposes and dealing with the health and safety, labor, police, and other similar government departments.Events: - Responsible for outdoor catering set-up & services.
