- In SS GAS LAB Asia Pvt. Ltd., I got the chance to coordinate and work with major EPC organizations involved in the Seawater desalination industry such as ACCIONA Agua, GS INIMA Environment, METITO Saudi Ltd., WETICO, UTICO and AQUATECH Systems Asia Pvt. Ltd. - Initiation of projects by review of Purchase order, contract documents, bidding stage documents received from Sales & marketing team, arrangement of Kick-off meetings and preparation of Power point presentation for new projects.- Communicate effectively with internal teams andstakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects. Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment on goals.- Communication and Coordination with clients. - Preparation of Project schedules. - Preparation and update of Monthly Progress Reports by collecting and summarizing information of assigned projects and sharing it with Clients.- Arrangement of Inter department interface meeting for the mitigation of issues and complications. - Keeping track of Project Milestones agreed as per the Purchase Order of Project . - Submission of Engineering documents to clients for approvals on agreed schedule as per the VDL/SDRL.- Assistance to Senior engineer and Project manager.
