I taught two and a half months to the students of Bachelor of Library and Information Science.Taught 2nd semester syllabus. Designed question papers for 5 subjects. Successfully conducted 2nd semester and 3 sessional examinations. Also did their evaluation. Redesigned course structure and syllabus of B.Lib.I.Sc. for the University (BoS approved).

I assisted Head, Knowledge Resource Centre (Librarian) in his duties. Managed and performed daily library activities like circulation (issue and return) of documents, issuing new library cards, determining and sending reminders for overdue documents. I was assigned to maintain newspaper and magazine record register and their displays. Monitored shelf-rectification and examined old, hard bind and bound volumes for damage, repair or facilitate repair when needed. Making indent for library stationery and other supplies. Assisted in preparing purchase request, ordering, receiving and in accessioning upon delivery of documents and also in technical works like cataloguing and classification of documents. During the last quarter of my contract, I carried out stock verification, writing off, and weeding out of library collection.
