Cristopia is a manufacture of Screw & Scroll Chiller system,Heat pumps, Thermal storage tanks, Condenser. Here my duty to handle service of these Machines.RESPONSIBILITIESChecking of all mechanical and electrical parts of machine work in good condition.Check mechanical part like Compressor, condenser, evaporator, economizer, expansion valve, safety valvesCheck electrical part like contactor, expansion board, relays, isolator, working properly. Trouble shooting on machine. Where we check the parameters of machine, presence of refrigerant.Check the pressure and temperature of liquid and refrigerant at all stages.Use refrigerant as R-134a, R-22, R-410, R-404 gases.Check proper insulation, temperature sensor on machine Replace damage and not working part of machine.Preventive Maintenance:- In preventive maintenance we perform oil change, repair, inspection and replacing parts adjustment in regular schedule.Planned Maintenance:- on annual monthly checking we perform some maintenance work in running or stop stage of machine, with safety of human and machines.
