As part of my 9 week stint as a product management intern, I led comprehensive market research as part of a larger team, gathering insights on customer perceived quality of TAFE models across 4 geographical markets by engaging with customers and dealers. Led focus studies across 3 states, surveying 150 customers and 10 dealers, to understand the higher horsepower tractor market and identify both product and non-product concerns. Administered a market survey on product-feature optimization for TAFE, collecting data from 146 participants to conduct predictive modeling and identify optimal product combinations to maximize sales. These efforts led to actionable strategies for improving market perception and enhancing product competitiveness.
