As a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor at Kingsdown, I oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. I also manage the inventory, quality control, and safety standards of the warehouse, as well as the training and development of the staff. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to improve the efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction of the shipping and receiving process, such as introducing new software, optimizing the layout, and reducing the waste and errors.In addition to my role at Kingsdown, I am also a Social Media Marketing Specialist and the owner of GuruKrupa Group, a textile company in India. I have a passion for influencer marketing and social media, and I use my skills and knowledge to promote and grow my business online. I have created and executed multiple campaigns on various platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, reaching millions of followers and generating high engagement and conversion rates. I am also studying Accounting and Finance at Seneca College, where I am learning the fundamentals and best practices of accounting, finance, and business management.
