Key Result Areas:Talent Acquisition Management of the complete recruitment cycle Conducting interviews, generating offers, and closing positions Developing Job Descriptions & Job Specifications for different positions Sourcing the best talent from diverse online channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.),Consultants, Employee Referrals after identification of manpower requirements Conducting preliminary telephonic interview of the candidates to determine theirskills, knowledge, interest, and availability Conducting or Arranging Interview (F2F, Skype) with the candidate and panelmembers Negotiating with shortlisted candidates to bring them into the salary bandwidth Preparing Salary Structure (CTC) for new joiners and Releasing Offer & Appointmentletter Background verification of selected candidatesInduction / On-boarding: Registering on the biometric machine, Documents verification, and complete paperworkformalities for statutory requirements to new joiners on DOJ Raising requisition for ID card, visiting cards & other company assets to be issued Organizing and execution of Induction Program for all the new hires as per the levelof Induction required Joining formalities completion, Issuing Appointment Letter, and ensuring a smoothonboarding Introduction with the Management & other staff members Also, responsible for providing HR support for the team building activities,organizing fun activities, festival celebration, birthday celebration etc.

Key Result Areas: Handling end to end recruitment. Coordination with candidates over the call. Sourcing CVs through job portals Naukri, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Hiring for Banking, Non-Banking and Retail industry (Specialty hiring for Banking & Non-banking companies) Making sure that the key of the candidate is matching with Job Descriptions. Screening candidates over the call. Following up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline. Scheduling interviews, briefing, and debriefing candidates before and after interviews. Following up with the candidate till there joining & their probation period completion.
