Managing a team of 03 Electrical Engineers and 10 Electrical Technicians. Responsible for Maintenance and Reliability of Ammonia/Urea and Product Bagging. My job is to ensure the smooth function of Electrical Systems and ensure reliability so that there is no plant downtime with regards to Electrical Equipment. The complex consists of 24MW Electrical Distribution system with Islanded Gas Turbine Driven Generation of 36MW.In my span as Section Head, I have executed one Turnaround. In addition to routine preventive maintenance, the service of 3rd part contractor was acquired for predictive maintenance/condition based monitoring of Transformers, Vacuum Contactors, SF6 based MV Breakers and Motors and Generators. Procurement, Relay settings, configuration, Installation and commissioning of GE G-30 Rel Siemens Siprotec 7SK82 Protection Relays.
