Key Responsibilities: • Managing inventory of different clients of automobile industry of approximately 100 Cr rupees. (Hyundai, TATA CVBU & PCBU, Mahindra, Hero)• Maximizing the availability with minimized inventory impact, including excess risk reduction, while striving to minimize total supply chain cost.• Analysis of the customers complete procure to pay cycle and continuously improvising it to keep the least amount engaged in the pipeline inventory. • Analysis of customer data and preparation of MIS reports on the monthly basis.• Maintaining the in stock % in order to avoid the sales loss.• Creating visual reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards and integrated custom visuals based on business requirements using Power BI Desktop.

Key Responsibilities:• Monitored and maintained accurate inventory levels to support order fulfillment as per agreed service level, collaborating with inventory control teams to reconcile discrepancies and minimize stockouts.• Demand forecasting, planning, and translating it into an effective supply plan.• Ensured the proper functioning of machines and equipment at customer sites by effectively managing and utilizing standard products and spare parts.• Conducted product knowledge trainings for channel partners, customers, and internal teams to enhance performance and maximize understanding of the product.

Key Responsibilities:● Planning of spare parts for the underground drilling machines, mine trucks and scooptram for the maximum availability of machines as per the AMC contract with Vedanta.● Generation of supporting documents for invoice and submitting it to customer for payment. ● Establishment of two new sites of RDT-CPM contracts in Rajasthan.● Underground mines visits for the monitoring of rock drilling tools life.
