- Strategize and develop long-term plans along with senior executives.- Develop, implement and monitor ongoing operational systems and processes that provide visibility in goals, progress and obstacles for the company's key initiatives. - Build and maintain relationships with all the department heads, external partners and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals. - Manage end-to-end supply chain, logistics and international freight requirements.- Through cross-collaborations, managed supply of public transport buses, ticketing solutions, accounting softwares, GPS Tracking, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and complete after sales management. Clients include: Gambia Transport Service Company (GTSC), Dakar Dem Dikk (DDD), amongst several others.
