As a Technical Trainer at FDM, I am responsible for delivering and developing the content for various technical modules which include courses like JAVA, Selenium, Cucumber, SQL, UNIX and Angular.The delivery style is a combination of using Power Point Presentation along with appropriate laboratory work using VMs and other software to provide hands-on experience to the trainees.My job duties here also involve, looking into the assessment of the trainees and provide constructive feedback to fulfill the requirements by the company. Apart from providing the technical training to the trainees and assessing their performance, I also significantly contribute in conducting technical interviews and thus, helping both, the recruitment department to expand the business need of the organization and the trainees to get hired by our clients.
