Use with ITIL Process and Management.• Manage of Process, Access, Incident, change and Material Move Management in Operation.• Assists Customer personnel with troubleshooting and support on servers, networking equipment and cross connects including fiber and Assist Customers with backups and restores• Answers all Customer calls for service, enters them into the trouble ticket system, and takes appropriate action to resolve customer issues. And Maintains customer records and updates customer requests. With provides a single point of contact for all trouble requests.• Responsible for ensuring all employees properly utilize the trouble ticket system, cable management system and network management system.• Respond to emergency situations in an efficient, friendly and timely manner• Provide daily, weekly, monthly shift reports on all incidents to Data Center Management• Responds to phone calls, emails, and web requests in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with Company policies and procedures.• Responsible for monitoring the Security Systems to ensure that Security policies are being adhered to. No major escalations from Customers towards Services offered to them.• Attending internal and external audits for STT as well as for various customers.• Update of Customer database, MOR, Authorization list, MHS Report, CMDB, Floor layout.• Giving data for preparation of various customer reports on weekly and monthly basis.• Managing customer visit and explaining them IDC and related process and management.• Managing customer commissioning & decommissioning for various services like colocation,• Working on Service Now (SNOW) for incident management and customer service request.
