Manager Marketing

- Designing, conceptualizing & executing events & promotions activities. - Digital Marketing - Media Buying - Creating mall marketing and mall launch campaigns for advertising in print and outdoor media. - Coordinating with the advertising agency for the design development of marketing collateral including content - Negotiating with the various agencies for advertising, printing, production costs for onsite signage, events & promotions and outdoor sites - Coordinating with the agencies for the development of brand identities - Undertake cost-benefit analysis of marketing campaigns (pre and post campaign) and co-ordinate tracking system to monitor roll-out of marketing campaigns - Communicate and gain commitment to the various Malls marketing campaigns from prospective and existing tenants, also evaluate cross promotional opportunities and advertising synergy wherever possible among retailers - Sales analysis of various brands & creating strategies for generating footfalls & sales for them - Collection and collating of market data and competitor analysis. - Innovate, ideate and conceptualize new marcomm strategies / plans and initiatives.
