Responsible for Raw Material and FG store of Cigarette Manufacturing Reporting to Head- SCM | Inventory Management | Physical Stock | Manpower Allocation | Despatches | Recipets | 5s | Vendor Returns and Rejections | Daily Stock Movements

• Reporting to Manager SCM •  Compiled inventories of goods received for storage purposes.·   Liaise with Purchasing HO & Vendors to plan procurement of Wrapping materials for Cigarette Mfg. based on the stock on hand, Monthly Production Estimates and Inventory norms.·   Coordinate dispatches in conjunction with the vendors & transporters·   Monitoring receipts to ensure the quantity as per the schedule and the quality.·   Monitoring the space availability in the warehouse.·   Daily, weekly and monthly stock verification against the ERP stocks and actual.·   Fluent in material receipts, issues, returns and rejections.·   Dealing with local and foreign suppliers for material related concerns.·   Ensure nil Stock outs, OTIF and advanced intimation to Production on unavoidable delays/disruption in material supplies.·   Adherence to dispatch timelines and execution of STOs while inter factory material transfers·   Implementing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause production and financial losses.·   Timely updating the Component BOM's in case of any material change.·   Liaison with the production department to maintain optimum inventory.·   Liaison with finance department for timely payment of bills.·   Monitoring and controlling the warehousing operations to avoid process violations.·   Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation.·   Timely returns of rejections to respective vendors·   To ensure TAT & process cycle times in line with the stipulated targets·   Ensuring that frequency & methodology stipulated in Sampling Protocol is adhered every month·   Liaise with the vendors & Purchasing HO in improving the quality of issue resolution through effective CAPAs & subsequent follow-up action.·   Nil disruptions to WMS Warehouse Activities on account of people related issues.·   Ensure safety in warehouse operations.·   Handling 3 PL team.
