Aman Basra aspiring food Analyst with extensive background in analysis of food and microbiology. A recent post graduate student from India. While, currently studying global supply chain management from Algonquin college, Ottawa, Canada. She hopes to work with Multinational companies to monitor food safety management systems, risks analysis and total quality assurance. Through her 4 years of education, she got some opportunities to visit some food industries and do training with FICCI Research and Analysis Centre, where she experienced numerous approaches and procedures for quality testing and evaluation of nutrients, and another one with Mondelez International, Cadbury, where she learned good manufacturing practices essential for regulation of company. Executed stringent food hygiene evaluations and inspections, assuring the counting of extraneous elements present in the food plant to minimize contamination.
