Aman Bhaiya is a dynamic CSR professional with ~ 10 years of leadership experience in Corporate Social Responsibility and advisory experience in Financial Markets. He was a part of a 3 member team ( founding member ) that launched the first Section 8 Company (non-profit) in the Public Sector Banking space – State Bank of India (SBI) Foundation. He has been instrumental in framing SBI Foundation’s strategy, policies & procedures. Aman has played a key role in planning and implementing CSR activities to the tune of Rs. 800.00 Cr for State Bank of India, SBI Foundation and Group subsidiaries. Aman’s consistent efforts have positively impacted the lives of 25 million+ Indians through more than 120 programs led by him.Aman identifies as a Social Intrapreneur and is working against all odds to set benchmarks and bring change in the way Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is understood and delivered in India. Aman possesses expertise in organising Board meetings and managing Board matters, networking and liaising with VVIP stakeholders and Govt. Ministries, policy formulation, designing strategy, managing key partnerships, developing and simplifying CSR policies & procedures, budgeting, finding innovative solutions, and building organisational systems. Aman is armed with exceptional project management aptitude, firm work ethic, and a proven track record of designing and executing CSR programs in environment & sustainability, education, healthcare, women empowerment, livelihood generation, entrepreneurship, incubating start-ups, sports, Research & Development and Innovation. Displays effective multitasking and time management skills to drive several programs simultaneously. Aman’s thought leadership on identifying, articulating and driving major innovations in various fields can be seen through the SBI Foundation funded programs like Development Impact Bond in Education with Haryana Govt., Tele Mentoring for COVID-19 warriors in 10 States with National Health Missions, organ donation with Govt. of Manipur, middle school curriculum development with Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and Centre of Excellence for Genomics Guided Pandemic Prevention with 7+ State Governments. Aman played a pivotal role in co-designing these programs which have created a long-lasting impact and have also influenced State level policies.
