Responsible for the business development, solutioning/pre-sales, and service delivery of professional services and managed services portfolio.While in the role, with my strategic leadership, knowledge of the market, and focus on the outcome, I have been at the forefront of shaping it into the multimillion-dollar business that we have today. The trust and reputation in the market have also meant that I have brought together a team of great people who continuously deliver high-quality work to our customers.Beyond the A&NZ business, I also had the opportunity to support our global and other regional teams, sharing my experiences and best practices to ensure that our colleagues have the insights that they need to win in their markets.I have been part of the Senior Leadership Team as a company director in the region. My dedication to our people also saw me having an influential role in our Diversity and Inclusion and Flexible Working policies introduced in the last couple of years.

I joined SoftwareONE to manage the solution sales and partner/vendor strategy functions in the region across the SoftwareONE portfolio (software, license advisory, Microsoft CSP, SAM, etc). In collaboration with the sales leadership, I was responsible for the creation and execution of the services sales and software solutions sales targets. I was responsible for the alignment of the global solution in the local market and enable our field sellers on the solutions accordingly.My responsibility extends to the creation of pre-sales policies and standards; developing, marketing, and supporting additional centralised pre-sales services; building a strong sales orientation across the business.While in the role I successfully started the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) business in the region from scratch with 200+ customers on the CSP solutions today and growing.

Having been promoted to a senior management and infrastructure services role, I was given responsibility for leading the day-to-day operations of a dynamic infrastructure services division. I am also responsible for coordinating the provision of services including the development of internal and external architecture and systems.While in the role I have successfully developed Azure cloud solutions for clients, offering proof-of-concept demonstrations to secure $15 million worth of new business in highly competitive markets. I have also successfully managed vendor relationships across more than $5 million worth of licensing, support, and staff augmentation supplier contracts.My responsibilities have included the identification and management of risks associated with the company’s managed services portfolio, with a focus on business continuity and reliability.

I joined UXC in a senior engineering role, providing leadership for a specialist team and providing support across a diverse portfolio of clients with a combined user base of 12,000, more than 800 servers, and more than 650 applications on Wintel, VMware and Unix-Linux server platforms. While in the role I led the successful migration of messaging services for a high-profile client including due diligence, knowledge transfer, and risk identification and mitigation. I also managed the migration of mail services for more than 3,000 users and more than 250 Lotus Notes databases for a major public sector client.

At Lloyds I provided Level 3 support for Wintel server and email platforms, and for an upgrade of servers from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007.

At ISI I was responsible for developing and implementing a range of infrastructure, managed services and IT solutions as a consultant. I offered guidance and advice to high-profile clients including Coca-Cola Amatil, and supported large user groups including international client teams of more than 9,000.

While employed by Fujitsu I led service provision in the information technology and communications solutions space, having been promoted to a systems engineering role.
