As a part of the Enterprise Digital Solutions (Healthcare IT) team overlooking EGM & Africa, Key duties performed were to:-- Drive (Salesforce) SFDC funnel and opportunity data quality through regular op-mechs with sales team members across EGM and Africa.- Ensure all opportunities are updated, have proper sales and service components.- Determine strategic accounts through marketing standards- Report updates from marketing leads to the team on a weekly basis.- Conduct training sessions and provide assistance in SFDC usage and basic ITO processes - Learn about various deals happening in EGM & Africa through virtual team meetings.

During the course of the internship, I've developed the basic skill of Adobe Photoshop, working with Magento, contributing to various organisational meetings with the hardworking managers & interns.After training, key individual tasks included understanding Magento, and using it to facilitate and create a proper plan for Consumer Credit, brainstorming marketing plans, and updating product information to build on the website.
