This included 800 individual surveys and 60 firm level surveys.• Wrote proposals for new projects on vocational training.• Set up internal data management system using Stata and R.• Conducted technical interviews for hiring of Research Associates.• Designed a training module on statistics and R. Conducted training for new hires based on the same.

- Designed and tested questionnaires for the survey including demographic, educational and psycho-social variables.- Supervised statewide data collection for 4,500 surveys at the individual and household level and 150 surveys at the village and town level.- Conducted data cleaning including deciding weights, coordinating cleaning with field staff and running descriptive analysis to guide research effort.- Modelled factors that affected education attendance and labour market outcomes for adolescent girls using logit regressions.

- Worked on two randomized control trials. The first studying the impact of financial access in rural Tamil Nadu. The second studying studying the effect of incentives and financial access training for banking correspondent agents in Andhra Pradesh.- Managed partner engagement including coordination for data collection and financial access training for business correspondents employed by the partner.- Designed surveys and managed data collection on both projects.- Designed implemented electronic questionnaires using Open Data Kit and SurveyCTO.- Oversaw the design and building of a mobile platform to disseminate financial access content to banking correspondents and their customers.- Set up a data pipelines using STATA to clean data and make usable datasets.- Conducted descriptive analysis and regression analysis to answer the research questions.
