Openwave Mobility enables operators to manage and monetize mobile data using the industry’s most scalable, Layer7 SDN/NFV enabled platform, Video Optimization, Big Data Subscriber Analytics and industries fastest and most scalable Subscriber Data Management platform.

Since 1998, Openwave technology has enabled many industry firsts, including mobile browsing, mobile photo-messaging, and the world's first Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) deployment. The company built a patent portfolio of approximately 200 issued US and foreign patents and approximately 75 pending applications, many of which are considered foundational to mobile communications, and span smart devices, cloud technologies and unified messaging. In 2012, Openwave systems sold product division to a private equity which led to creation of Openwave Mobility Inc, Openwave Messaging and the surviving company was renamed as UnwiredPlanet Inc.I started in the Professional Services group where I was responsible for working with customers to build carrier grade solutions. In 2005, I moved to Pre-Sales group as Director of Solutions, Americas where my role was to lead a team of 11 highly talented Solution Engineers and Solution Directors across US, Canada and Latin America and capture $100 million in revenues per year from mobile operators and cable companies. I helped the company to go through a transition in 2012 as Openwave Systems was taken from public to private and products were split into Mobility and Messaging divisions.

As part of the software development team we built BellSouth's first *wireless field automation solution* using BellSouth's 1st Generation Data Network. The solution allowed BellSouth's field force to download trouble tickets, wiring data, customer information and update the ticket information after completing the job. This experience gave me a strong foundation in wireless data solutions and integrating backend systems.

Built a TCS proprietary Interpreted Language and an Interpretor for it using C programming language. This new language was built to drive a automatic software generation tool that accepts meta model and creates design models and software in C, C++ or Java. This solution has been used by TCS for over a decade and it has saved the company several 100 million dollars in software development costs.
