The Human Rights Secretary is the government institution in charge of the care, reparation and prevention of girls, adolescents and women victims of violence, among others. Within the institution, the TICs department carried out a survey of the current processes, and elaborate or updated, the documentation of processes, policies, diagrams and forms that help an organized development of the department. Likewise, the department provided support in the management of the projects with technological components, giving a vision of the system part of its implementation, as well as of the management once it is implemented.

The Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil is a company with multiple types of business such as: hospitals, education, lottery, and more. I which I have specialized in project implementations and changes inside the organization. One of the greatest achivements was the implementation of the ERP that allowed all the different types of bussines to be centralized in the main office, and with this be abble to have a better administration of the income, expenses and operating controls.My principal activities were:- Define the priorities of tasks within the project.- Proactively identify and manage potential risks and impediments to avoid delays in project execution.- Keep the tracking of the project indicators.- Define the organizational structure, the roles of each collaborator and their role within the project.- Manage the human resources of the different departments of IT according to the times established with the business.- Coordinate the team in their activities and follow up on daily tasks.- Plan and hold control meetings with the team at set times.- Coordinate interactions with customers and users.- Promote the correct communication of the team by creating the appropriate communication channels.- Create and build the documentation of the project.

IASA is the oldest Caterpillar dealer in Latin America. I was one of the first members of the data analysis area. My principal activities were:- Create and build the automatic generation and identification of de KPI’s of the company.Generate reports to the Commercial, Marketing, Administration and Presidency departments in relation to the lost sales, new opportunities of business, new sales strategies, among others, with the IBM Cognos Analytics tool.- Create Dashboards for the management areas for them to make relevant resolutions.- Hold meetings with the sales areas for the identification of relevant information necessary for the elaboration of KPI's and Dashboards.- Automate processes and create programs to upload direct information to the database.Build Web Service's for sales application for tablet sellers in C++ language.

- Responsible for establishing the communication between the client and the technical team of the company.- Specify the time and delivery dates of the requirements that the customer requests.- Elaborate the documentation required for delivery of the deployed solution.- Organize staff in their tasks and set internal delivery date in each project.- Track the tasks assigned to the different groups and identify possible risks and issues of each project.
