I supported a team of 430+ teammates and managers with HR needs including, investigations, training, interviews, and discipline at a manufacturing plant. While there I used PowerBI to analyze timesheet data to better understand absenteeism patterns and worked with the area manager to identify and roll out solutions to address these problems. I also designed and rolled out an interactive approach to covering the employee handbook with new teammates.

I designed an apprenticeship program to establish a talent pipeline for a hard-to-fill position. I also worked with an outside consultant to address engagement challenges following a major reorganization at that location. The project included organizing meetings for six consultants and more than 50 employees. I also developed and led trainings for eight employees for updating instructions on how to use machinery at a large testing laboratory, which ensured the continued safety of employees at that location.

I prepared seven to ten marketing proposals per week to win new projects for my firm. I also supervised the department intern, assigning work and coaching the intern to identify strategies to differentiate our firm from the competition. In addition, I coordinated a successful breast cancer walk with company employees and gained sponsorship and fundraising by working with local businesses.
