Through the University of Washington's fieldwork course, I was granted the opportunity to work with Neighborhood House, which is one of Seattle's oldest social service agencies dedicated to helping immigrants, low-income community members, and more.In this position, I independently learned how to research, adapt, and develop health-related content for youth ages 3–5. The result of these efforts was a 5-minute hand-drawn educational video that tackled the big question many kids may ask around flu season: "Why do we get sick?"
