I recently started a new career at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories as a Senjor Document Controller/Archivist for the Good Laboratory Practice.For the prior 10+ years I worked various roles within TD Canada Trust. I started as a very part time teller, transitioned to a new role within the organization as a Lead Customer Service Representative. And most recently moved to a role of Personal Banking Associate. I valued my time with TD and gained many valuable skills. I am proficient in customer service, in banking and financial transactions and in using the Microsoft suite of products. I have also had the chance to hone my administrative skills...in responding to correspondence, communicating with customers, and maintaining digital and physical filing systems. In my time outside of work, I have participated in a variety of volunteer roles over the years. Volunteering and giving back to my community has always been of utmost importance to me. I have been on the Executive Community on the parent council at all of my children's schools (we are a military family, so we have moved a few different times) as the Treasurer. I have helped to plan and execute Fun Fairs every June for our school family of 500+ people. A huge undertaking with many moving parts. I have also been a peer volunteer with an organization called the PAIL (Preganancy and Infant Loss) Network out of Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto. I have provided peer support to parents experiencing the loss of a child, via weekly phone calls. And have recently began also helping with online zoom meeting support calls. I am a very organized individual, who strives to do the very best I can at all times! I love working as part of a team but am also happy working independently. I work well in high pressure situations and am very results oriented. I am friendly, hardworking, and love engaging with others.
