DuraMark Technologies is a leader in producing durable decals and labels, where we are dedicated to providing the best quality product and experience to our customers. Many of the projects I have worked on are high-impact and high-reward in order to help grow our business over the last few years. Some of my projects are listed below.• Utilized a learning resource management software tool to onboard and train employees. The program consisted of creating 300+ lessons and process descriptions across six different departments• Mapped the current operational framework of the company to generate opportunities for continuous improvement of processes•Managed and implemented the creation of DuraMark’s e-commerce site by prioritizing over 500 decals to be created and loaded in the ERP system, NetSuite.

As a part of Orr Fellowship's Marketing team, I started the organization's podcast Overdressed and Underqualified (originally Orr Else) where I interview current Fellows, Orr alumni, and business leaders and entrepreneurs in the Indianapolis area. My goal is to not only highlight different areas of expertise and career knowledge, but to also be a storyteller for this wonderful city and the people who make it thrive.

Orr Fellowship is two year, post-grad opportunity in Indianapolis, Indiana dedicated to developing the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs. The organization does this through personal and professional development, curriculum, and networking events, as well as providing full-time employment at a high-growth company in Indianapolis. Each year a select few are asked to join; my class (2018) only 68 students were selected from a 1,200+ candidate pool. The acceptance rate for Orr Fellowship ranges from 5-6%. During my two years at Orr Fellowship I have been able to accomplish the following: -Attended 20+ speakers-Participated in 2 service events a year-Participated in two Case Competitions (we are presented with a business issue for a non-profit and work in teams to put together solutions)-Consulted for a non-profit organization wanting to start a doggy daycare business to employ young adults with cognitive disabilities-Lead recruitment efforts at the University of Evansville for Orr Fellowship (2019-2020)-Founded Orr Fellowship's podcast Overdressed and Underqualified

During my time at the University of Evansville, I was asked to be the Editor-in-Chief for our literary magazine, The Evansville Review. The journal includes pieces of fiction, poetry, nonfiction, plays, interviews, and graphic art pieces from all over the country as well as some international authors. Run entirely by students with a faculty advisor, it is published once a year and displayed at AWP, the nation's biggest writers' conference. In order to accomplish our goal of publishing one edition a year, I was entrusted with the following responsibilities:• Led and executed the book design, copy-editing and general marketing of a major, regional literary journal with 200+ submissions per week• Trained and supervised 15 interns to carefully evaluate pieces, copy edit final selections and assist with general publication requirements• Generated formal budget proposal to Student Government to secure funding and processed all proceeds from book sales• Professionally represented the University of Evansville at the Association of Writers and Writing Program Conference (AWP), the largest writers conference in U.S. both years
