Maintain and grow business within BlueShield while working with broker distribution channel. Also, ensure financial viability through applied sales and service guidelines, strategic product placement and underwriting guidelines. Works independently on a daily basis and effectively manage time and work volume to ensure that all sales and service standards are achieved. I will be managing the account renewal process for assigned broker book of business as well as provide sales expertise to identify, implement and install new sales opportunities. Will represent BlueShield by actively participating in community events.

Supports Sales Representatives and assigned accounts through the facilitation of all aspects of customers' requirements and delivery expectations, including the coordination of communication with internal resources and the tracking and monitoring of delivery requirements. Markets and enrolls prospective new members in commercial products.

Coordinate and prioritize the technicians' schedules, deliveries, repairs in home or in shop with customers and technicians as well as manufacturers.
