This included managing the executive engagement to drive deeper integration and owning performance results of the channel, helping connect Lowe’s shoppers to Porch professionals online & in-store. ♦Brought on to ‘launch’ the partnership in Nov. 2013. Developed and executed against requirements to roll out the Porch.com platform in 1750 Lowe’s stores across the country within five months. Fastest technology roll-out in Lowe’s history. ♦Created product training and enablement plan for 250k Lowe’s associates at launch.
