I was the only CT working on ADT, which was her temporary responsibility, and she did a great job of handling the situation. She made sure that I always felt a part of her group, not only for those weeks, but ever since then. She has always made herself available if I needed anything. Also I was impressed with the lesson plans that she had substantially overhauled on short notice, and in particular, her attention to detail. Training materials cannot have "small" errors such as skipping a step in the instructions. And personally, I am very conscious of things like consistent formatting, correct page numbering, and other details that make materials look professional.
