After more than 23 years at DB I started a new chapter at BII.I have held various operational positions including managing the invoice service delivery for the UK and Ireland ensuring all SLAs are met,reviewed and improved. Responsible for payment of over 50k invoices per year to over 2500 vendors and handling board level escalations. Managing relationships globally internally and working with vendors directly.Actively involved in rollout of a Procurement purchasing channel and travel and entertainment expense systems including testing and training and hyper care.I then moved onto to spend 2 years at BII where I learnt the intricacies of a smaller organisation and how the remit of an AP and Procurement area can differ. I am now enjoying a new challenge at YMU as head of AP, again a new area away from the Financial Services industry
