I supervise multiple teams within my department. I manage team workflows, individual productivity outputs, and ensure efficiency of those teams throughout the day. I work closely with inter-departmental Leads within the organization to troubleshoot and optimize processes. I have developed and trained out the primary training material for new and tenured technicians, while providing periodic supplemental training guides. When needed, I flex into department queues while continuing to resolve customer and insurance inquiries. I periodically handle insurance and product claim issues for orders.
