Communicating legal challenges and solutions to the company stakeholders is part of my daily routine. • Responsible for creating, reviewing, and keeping track of the company's partnership, resale, and ISV agreements and compliance strategy, general software licensing and commercial agreements (MSA), Terms and Conditions (EULA), Confidentiality Agreement (NDA), vendors agreements, among others, in accordance with Brazilian and Northern-American regulations.• Responsible to enhance the efficiency in the management of external law firms.• Legal counsel for Pipefy's most recent round of investment due diligence process (Series C), which brought the company USD $ 75 MM in new investments.• Proficient in providing training to legal and non-legal teams for risk management for sales and marketing teams.• Responsible to manage the company's Equity and Incentive stock option Plans; • Responsible to provide legal opinions to the most diverse departments of the company (e.g. sales, marketing, directory), ensuring that, as its revenue and employees grow, the business and its doers remain compliant with applicable legislation and best practices in the consumer and technology market.
