Managed all activities related to training for a large assembly plant including quick to ramp new customer processes. Responsible for build out of the training department. Included hiring, training trainers, and the formulation of processes to meet the compliance, technical, and leadership needs of company and customer's procedures. WIN and FastTrack Grant writing and management- resulting in over $90,000 for training. Piloted, implemented, and administered LMS. Member of Lean council, participant in Kaizen events. Conducted DDI Leadership courses for management staff at multiple locations. Coached managers during annual review process.

Redesign processes as needed to remove identified potential risks to process failure. Direct work and training of staff and volunteers. Directly handle community relations including radio interviews, volunteer education, outreach, payroll, hr issues and recruitment. Create/update website. Provide data/track data for grant submission and create reports. Manage day-to-day operations of spay/neuter clinic. Fundraising and grant management.

Manager Performance Management - Executed Performance Management strategies including teaching regarding feedback, goal setting, and annual reviews. Led pilot of new module of performance management software (goal alignment module). Included participating in the communication process, obtaining end user feedback, giving input into the design of the software processes, and teaching. Training and Development Manager - Manage Vendors related to training development programs in sales, on the job training, behavioral interviewing, and more. Coordinate FastTrack Grant with the state of TN. ($500,000 grant) Provide professional and analytical leadership during development, delivery and evaluation of learning and development initiatives.

Training Supervisor - Managed 14-20 Remote Field Implementation Consultants. Responsible for all management/training functions. Developed processes and streamlined activities of Implementation Consultants to ensure client’s needs were met. Handle client escalations and issues as needed. Six Sigma Blackbelt- Led projects which resulted in process improvements and/or financial benefits focusing on IT development and quality testing processes.Associate Product Manager- Participated in product design of software services. Create financial analysis sales tool for software breakeven. Coordinated joint venture activity with software vendor.Instructional Designer- Completed projects utilizing 6 Sigma methodologies and problem solving skills. Standardized customer-training method/flow resulting in dramatic call volume decrease on issue. Developed and designed training materials for pharmacy software package including instructor led and computer based training modules.
