Primarily fFocused on executing and driving IT Compliance activities. Design and implementation of appropriate IT controls; management of the IT controls portfolio; IT Compliance testing and evaluation of IT SOX key controls; evaluation of IT audit gaps and recommend solutions; assist in the execution of IT audits and resolving IT audit deficiencies; evaluate and update IT policies with policy owners; administration and maintenance of IT Compliance tools such as SAP GRC and other related tools.Express excellent customer facing skills and proven ability to work with both IS and Business Teams; thorough understanding of business process design and a System Development Lifecycle Methodology; ability to drive activities to completion; work closely with Internal Audit as well as external auditors; highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work independently and manage time efficiently; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of or familiarity with the following areas is recommended: Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs), SOX controls, SAP GRC Administration and Configuration or a similar tool, SAP Process Control or similar tool, SAP Security, SAP ABAP.

Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. Writing business requirements and specifications, coding and/or performing system configuration, testing, debugging and analyzing software programs, applications and business processes. Collaborate with IS Professionals and other technical staff to ensure that the current portfolio of applications is meeting the needs of the business; Perform all programming and/or configuration assignments without close supervision; Analyze and resolve software errors in a timely and accurate fashion; Provide status reports where required; Draft design specifications for software applications; Develop and maintain software to support the business processes; Create and maintain documentation for code and/or configuration throughout the system development lifecycle; Train end users on established programs; Provide on-call support and problem resolution for software applications.

Acts as a 'lead' to the supervisor. Aiding the supervisor with such activities as time card processing, work flow, will act as a 'floater' when someone is absent or on vacation, check and DA approvals and will act as the supervisor in his/her absence. Responsible for processing and auditing check requests, processing and auditing deduction paperwork, researching and resolving customer deductions by working with field sales, broker network, customers and customer service representatives, and communicating to field sales deduction balances and problems. Training new team members. Other ad-hoc duties will be required as needed and assigned.
