• Relationship with members: Elaboration of the benefits package for local governments members of the network. Remote support (email, skype) to members. Supervision of the process of collecting membership fees and welcoming new members• Events: Support in events production (Forums, Workshops) in various cities in Brazil and South America. Elaboration and sending of invitations, hiring of suppliers, logistics of speakers and guests. Organization of delegations to international events such as COPs (United Nations Conference on Climate Change).• Projects: Mobilization of network members to engage in new initiatives of ICLEI and partner institutions. Monitoring and supporting the participation of members in these projects and initiatives. E.g.: Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy; WWFs Earth Hour City Challange
